What is an Agent ID?

An agent ID allows your business to identify which member of staff took a payment.

When you sign up for an account with Paytia you will be asked to create agents. Each agent will be a member of your staff. Each agent is assigned with an agent ID so that every payment taken can be attributed to a sales agent.
