Accepting payments via Secure Virtual Terminal with Opayo
The ability to identify which member of staff processed which transactions along with tracking, reporting and to automatically email transaction receipts and other notifications to departments and the customer in real-time. All achieved without any need for any integration into existing systems.

A call with your customer is established using your Paytia secure payment telephone number.
Step 2
The merchant fills in the Secure Virtual Terminal payment web form. Then dials 729 on their phone keypad.
Step 3
Merchant receives instant authorisation while on the call and is able to complete the transaction or inform the customer of type of refusal
Step 4
The Secure Virtual Terminal processes the payment and confirms the outcome to the merchant and customer.
Step 5
The Secure Virtual Terminal reconnects the call so the customer and the merchant can speak again.
Step 6
