How it works

Paytia Secure Virtual Terminal enables card payments to be made during customer calls without your customer having to disclose their card details to you or your staff.


When your customer wants to make a payment, initiate secure-payment mode using the digits on your telephone keypad


Your customer is asked to enter their card details using their telephone keypad


You can monitor data entry and receive authorization verification while still on the call


Payment is made to PayPal account in the normal way
