Paytia provides the ability to add a dedicated SIP trunk route on 3CX phone systems, allowing all calls to be secured by Paytia's card capture services. This integration transforms your existing 3CX system into a PCI-compliant payment processing platform.
Remove your 3CX system from PCI scope by routing sensitive payment data through Paytia's secure infrastructure
DTMF masking and agent-assisted payment capture ensure card details never reach your 3CX system
Maintain your existing call flow while adding enterprise-grade payment processing capabilities
When a customer needs to make a payment during a call, your agent can dial 7 2 9 on their 3CX handset/softphone keypad to start the Paytia's secure payment capture service. The customer completes their payment safely, and control returns to your agent - all without interrupting the conversation flow.

How Paytia's dual SIP trunk design enables secure payment processing with 3CX.
Paytia creates two SIP trunk profiles allowing calls from external carriers to pass through Paytia to the 3CX system inbound and outbound. This design allows you to remove 3CX from PCI-DSS scope and allows call recording to remain active at all times on 3CX and any 3CX user to be assigned the ability to process payments securely.
Removes 3CX from PCI-DSS scope entirely
Maintains active call recording at all times
Any 3CX user can process payments securely
Paytia is able to host multiple SIP trunk endpoints per number allowing granular delivery of disaster recovery/business continuity routing.
