How can I set the telephone number that appears on my customer's phone when you call them?

Ensure your customer recognises your call

Paytia enables you to present to customers either your new secure payment number supplied by Paytia, or the number of the phone you're using to call the customer.

Your service will display your new secure payment number by default. If you wish to change this, sign in as a merchant admin, select Configure telephony  on the left-hand menu and select Call presentation.

Then select your choice from the second drop-down circled below.

Finally, remember to save your settings by clicking on the button on the bottom right of the page.
