Changing an agent password so they can login
Passwords for agents are controlled from the Secure Virtual Terminal management portal. Your access link maybe slightly different, but you can also use https://accounts.pay729.net
1. Once logged in you can access the Agents from the Virtual Terminal Menu.
Click on the Administer users menu, after that click Users to edit the agent you want to reset the password for.
2. Click on User Email Address next to the agent you want to reset the password for
3. Now click the Resend Password button
4. Your agent will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
