MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR
2024/2025
This statement is made on behalf of Paytia Limited pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement. OUR BUSINESS We manage a business platform as a service product set, providing secure payment solutions and telephony services to businesses worldwide. OUR SUPPLY CHAINS Our supply chains include the outplacement of IT services and certain other routine administrative tasks that are commoditised. Outplacement is a mix of onshore and offshore providers. We work with third-party vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver our services effectively. OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chains or any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to prevent and address slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING. As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risks, we nominate senior representatives from our business units and functions, who report to the Security Council. We have systems across our business, trading partners, and supply chains to:•: • Identify inappropriate employment practices.• Assess and address risks related to slavery and human trafficking.• Implement mitigation strategies to reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking.• Conduct ongoing monitoring of risk areas.• Protect whistle-blowers through confidential reporting mechanisms.2 | P a g eSUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES AND ETHICSWe maintain a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure compliance with our values, we operate under the principles of responsible sourcing, which include ensuring our suppliers' employees are paid at least the prevailing minimum wage applicable in their country of operation. We have implemented a supply chain compliance programme that includes •: • Client reviews.• Regular audits and assessments.• Supplier self-certification declarations.• Termination of relationships with non-compliant suppliers.TRAINING To ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of modern slavery and human trafficking risks, we provide relevant training to our staff. This training covers the identification, prevention, and reporting of slavery and human trafficking incidents within our business and supply chains. This statement is made under section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.
