We want everyone to be able to use our site and platform — including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement sets out where we are, what we're working on, and how to tell us when we've got it wrong.
Our standard
We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across www.paytia.com and the Paytia platform. This is the benchmark referenced by most US federal and state accessibility enforcement, and it's what courts typically expect under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
How we test
We combine several approaches:
- Automated scans during development using axe and Lighthouse
- Manual keyboard-only testing on every new page
- Screen-reader checks with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows) on critical flows
- Periodic third-party audits for independent verification
Known issues
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We're not aware of any unresolved blockers at the moment, but if you run into something that isn't working for you, please tell us — see below.
Third-party content
Some parts of our site rely on third-party tools (embedded videos, maps, chat widgets). We pick vendors who publish VPAT statements and who meet WCAG 2.1 AA, but we can't guarantee full conformance of content we don't control. Tell us if a third-party component is causing problems and we'll escalate to the vendor or find an alternative.
Feedback and support
If any part of our site or product is hard to use because of an accessibility issue, we want to know. Please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact form: paytia.com/us/contact
Tell us what page or feature gave you trouble, what assistive technology you were using, and what you were trying to do. We'll acknowledge your message within two business days and aim to fix confirmed issues within 30 days (or give you a realistic timeline if it needs longer).
Formal complaints
If we haven't resolved an accessibility issue to your satisfaction, you can file a complaint with the US Department of Justice under Title III of the ADA at ada.gov.
Review
We review this statement at least annually and any time there is a major release or redesign of the site or platform.
