Start with where the payment actually happens. If the customer is on a phone call with your team, it's Phone Payments. If they're on your website, an app, or getting a link, it's Online Payments. Can we use more than one solution?

Do we have to change our phone system or payment gateway?

No. Paytia works with any telephony — VoIP, SIP, PBX, or full contact-center platforms like Five9, Genesys, NICE, and Talkdesk — and with every major US payment gateway. While other vendors ask you to rip out your stack, we plug into what you already have.

How does Paytia help with PCI DSS scope?

Most businesses move from SAQ D (around 329 requirements) to SAQ A (about 22 requirements). ACH-based Bank Payments sit outside PCI entirely because there's no card involved. Either way, card data stops living in your environment.

Is Paytia HIPAA-friendly for healthcare providers?
