Either link out to your hosted checkout URL or embed the form via iframe for an in-page experience. Either way, card data stays inside our environment.

Customer pays, you reconcile

Customers complete payment on a branded page that looks like yours. Webhooks push transaction data into your CRM, billing platform, or RCM system in real time.

Common questions

How customizable is the checkout page?
Heavily. Logo, colors, fonts, copy, custom fields, payment rules — all configurable through the Paytia portal or API. The page sits on a Paytia-hosted URL, but it looks like part of your brand.
Does the customer leave my site to pay?
They go to a hosted checkout URL, which keeps your PCI scope at SAQ A. That said, you can also embed the payment form via iframe so the experience feels in-page. Either way, card data lives entirely inside Paytia.
Which US payment processors are supported?
Stripe, Chase Payment Solutions, Braintree, Authorize.Net, Adyen, Worldpay, and most US gateways with API support. We connect to your existing merchant account — you don't switch processors.
Can I capture custom data alongside the payment?
Yes. Add as many custom fields as you need — order numbers, account references, addresses, checkboxes for terms or ACH authorization. Custom data flows through to your CRM or billing system via webhooks.
What about recurring billing and subscriptions?
Built in. Set up subscription plans, payment schedules, or installment plans. Cards are tokenized in our environment and you can charge them through the API on whatever schedule you need.
Is it PCI DSS compliant?
Yes. The checkout runs on Paytia's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Because card data never touches your systems, you typically qualify for SAQ A — the lightest PCI assessment.
How quickly can I deploy a custom checkout?
Standard branded checkouts go live in days. More complex setups with custom rules, multiple payment plans, or deep integrations typically take two to four weeks.
Can I support multiple currencies?
Yes, where your processor supports it. Pricing in USD with USD settlement is standard, but multi-currency pricing and settlement are available depending on your processor agreement.
