🎧Take payments while on a phone call

Your agent stays on the line with the customer throughout. The customer types their card number, expiry and CVV on their phone keypad. Your agent never hears or sees the numbers — DTMF tones are replaced with flat tones. The payment is confirmed in seconds.

Your agent starts the payment

While talking to the customer, your agent clicks "Take Payment" in the Paytia portal and enters the amount.

The card data never touches your systems or Paytia’s servers. It’s sent directly to your payment gateway (Stripe, Worldpay, etc.) for processing.
