How does it work? 

Paytia payment IVR delivers a choice of integration scenarios to fit with the existing telephony and data architecture of our customers business environments.

Interconnecting to the Paytia service over secure SIP a(SIPS) and RTP (SRTP) ensures cardholder data is kept secure and enable business users taking the service as an enhancement to the existing service they provide. 

Integration to databases and information updates from webhook services are all part of the custom delivery tools we utilise. Paytia's development teams work closely with your own internal teams to specify, design and agree the best payment call flow for your customers to follow to ensure customer containment inside the IVR is kept high.
