How we build and deliver your workflow

Bespoke Workflow Solutions are tailored journeys built on SecureFlow — combining secure card capture, e-form data, multi-team approvals and back-office integrations into a single workflow. We use them for enterprises that need to handle complex onboarding, regulated capture, multi-brand operations and complete customer journeys without spreading sensitive data across teams.

    Discovery and design workshop

    We map your process — what data you're collecting, how it moves between teams, where the sensitive parts sit, and what integrations you need at each stage.

    Configuration on SecureFlow

    We build the workflow on the SecureFlow platform. Each team queue, permission level, form field and integration point is configured against the spec agreed in discovery.

    UAT environment

    You get a full test environment to run through the workflow from start to finish before anything goes live. Your teams test every step, approve it, and confirm it matches the process.

    Production roll-out

    Once UAT sign-off is complete, we move the workflow to production and confirm everything's running correctly.

Bespoke Workflow Solutions are delivered on SecureFlow — the same platform that powers Agent Capture Assist, AutoPay IVR, payment links, web checkout and bank rails.

Secure data capture

Card details, bank accounts, ID documents, and sensitive form fields — all held inside Paytia's PCI DSS Level 1 environment, with field-level encryption throughout.

Workflow design

You define the steps. Multi-step queues, conditional routing, per-step user permissions, approval and rejection paths, and escalation rules are all configurable on SecureFlow.

Multi-team and multi-brand

Run several brands or business units on one Paytia account, each with its own branding, separated reporting and granular access controls, while sharing the same customer records.

Integration

Push to your CRM, trigger webhooks to back-office systems, fire emails and SMS at each step, and pre-fill from upstream sources so nothing needs re-keying.

Audit and compliance

Every step leaves a full audit trail. We're PCI DSS Level 1 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited, with GDPR data-subject support and an independent annual audit.

Delivery and support

What are Bespoke Workflow Solutions?+

They're tailored data-capture and payment journeys we build on SecureFlow — our PCI DSS Level 1 platform. We take your process and configure it as a multi-step workflow, so sensitive data (card details, bank accounts, ID, compliance fields) moves through your teams without being exposed at any stage.

Who are they designed for?+

Mostly enterprises that need more than the standard payment products can offer — multi-brand groups running several businesses on one account, regulated industries handling onboarding or KYC capture, and organizations with distributed teams that all need to touch a record at different points.

How does PCI compliance work across multiple teams?+

Sensitive fields are captured and held inside Paytia's PCI DSS Level 1 environment, audited annually by a QSA. Each team member sees only what they're authorized to see. That keeps card or bank data off your network entirely, which typically drops your PCI scope from SAQ D (329 controls) to SAQ A (22).

Can we run more than one brand on a single account?+

Yes — multi-company support is part of the core configuration. You get separate branding, separated reporting, and granular access controls per team or per brand, all on one Paytia account.

What can the workflow integrate with?+

How long does it take to go live?+
