Do merchants need a card reader?+

No. Tap to Pay on a compatible iPhone accepts contactless cards and mobile wallets directly on the phone — hold-card or phone-to-phone — with PIN entry for sales above the contactless limit. Nothing to buy, stock or support.

How does taking payment on a call work?+

The agent starts a secure card payment from inside the live PayMobile call. The customer keys their own card, and the details are captured on the SecureFlow platform — never shared with the agent, no transfer or callback needed.

Who sees the card data?+

The customer enters their own card details directly on SecureFlow. The merchant and your agents never see or store cardholder data, which keeps PCI scope down.

Can it be branded as ours?+

Yes — PayMobile is white-label throughout and configured per merchant. You own the merchant relationship and sell telephony and payments together; Paytia delivers and certifies the platform behind it.

What about the merchant's personal number?+

Calls run on a dedicated business number with business caller ID, so personal mobile numbers stay private. Visual voicemail keeps business messages separate and manageable in-app.

Does it handle recurring payments?+

Yes. Cards are tokenised on capture, so the app supports both immediate and recurring charges, with receipts and a full payment history.
