What's the difference between AutoPay and AutoPay Custom?+

Standard AutoPay is a ready-to-run inbound payment line — branded prompts, on/off account and reference capture, fixed or caller-entered amounts, live in days with no development. AutoPay Custom adds live database and API integration: caller identification, account lookup, balance playback and input validation against your own systems as the call progresses.

Does anyone need to staff the line?+

No. AutoPay answers, captures and processes the whole payment on its own, 24 hours a day. Your team only sees the results.

How does the caller pay securely?+

They key their card directly into the SecureFlow platform using their telephone keypad. The cardholder data goes from their handset to Paytia to the acquirer — your agents and systems never touch it.

Can the amount vary per call?+

Yes. Set a fixed amount, or let the caller key in the amount themselves. AutoPay Custom can also look up what's actually outstanding and play the balance back before payment.

Does the caller get a receipt?+

Yes — AutoPay confirms the result on the call and sends an SMS or email confirmation.
