Get outstanding payments in with Payment Chase
Payment Chase runs automated email reminders against an outstanding payment, each one carrying an auto-generated secure payment link. Your administrator pre-builds the templates, setting an appointment or cut-off date triggers the sequence, and the chase ends automatically the instant the payment lands. It's built on Advanced Payment Links, part of the PCI DSS Level 1 SecureFlow platform.

How it works with Payment Chase
Create the request and set the date
The payment user raises a request and sets the appointment or cut-off date and time. Payment Chase calculates the full window and the schedule to run across it.
Reminders go out on schedule
Pre-built, branded templates send on a fixed or calculated schedule, each carrying an auto-generated secure payment link — gentle at first, firmer as the deadline approaches.
The final reminder takes priority
A separate final-reminder template goes out two days before the appointment. On any scheduling conflict it always wins, and nothing runs after it.
Customer pays, chasing stops
The customer pays on the link or by phone. The sequence stops instantly, the dashboard updates in real time and your team is notified — no reconciliation to chase afterwards.

How Paytia works with Payment Chase
One date in, a whole reminder schedule out. The payment user sets the appointment or cut-off date, Payment Chase calculates the window and spreads pre-built templates across it — escalating in urgency as the deadline nears. A payment anywhere on the line ends the chase immediately.

Built on Advanced Payment Links
Payment Chase bolts onto your existing Paytia setup — no rebuild. Chasing runs on top of the payment links you already send.
Payment Chase + Paytia — common questions
How does the schedule get built?+
You set the appointment or cut-off date and Payment Chase calculates the whole window. Each template fires a set number of days — or a percentage of the window — after the last one sent, and a separate final reminder goes out two days before the appointment and always takes priority.
What happens when the customer pays?+
Chasing stops instantly, whether they paid on the link or over the phone. The dashboard updates in real time and your team gets a notification — nobody has to remember to cancel anything.
Can we change a chase that's already running?+
Yes. You can pause it, stop it entirely, or rebook to a new appointment date — and the remaining reminders reschedule around the new date automatically.
What does the customer actually receive?+
A branded, personalised reminder built from your template, with a Click to Pay button, a QR code and a plain payment link. They enter their card privately on the PCI DSS Level 1 SecureFlow platform — your team never sees it.
Who is Payment Chase for?+
Anyone collecting payment ahead of a date — healthcare and dental practices, legal and professional firms, property and lettings, education and training, subscriptions, and trade and field services.
Do we need to be a Paytia customer already?+
Payment Chase runs on Advanced Payment Links, so it bolts onto an existing Paytia setup without a rebuild. If you're new to Paytia, we'll set both up together.
