Paytia is gateway-agnostic: we sit in front of the gateway you already run and keep card data out of your business. Openpath continues to process and settle. Here's what a phone payment looks like.

    Link your existing Openpath gateway to Paytia. Your online flows and settlement carry on untouched.

    Your agent opens the browser-based virtual terminal, or sends a branded payment link by SMS or email if the customer prefers to pay later.

    The customer keys their card

    The customer enters their card on their own phone keypad. DTMF masking flattens the tones in real time, so nothing identifiable reaches the agent or your recordings.

    Openpath settles the payment

    The tokenised payment routes through your Openpath gateway and the outcome lands on the agent's screen immediately.

How does Paytia work with Openpath?+

You connect your existing Openpath gateway to Paytia, and we route secure captures through it. Paytia handles the card capture — phone, payment link, stored card or web checkout — and Openpath processes and settles exactly as it does today.

Do we need to change our Openpath setup?+

No. Paytia sits in front of your gateway, not inside it. Your configuration and settlement carry on untouched.

Customers key their card on their own keypad and the tones are masked before your agent hears anything, so card data never enters your environment. That drops most businesses to SAQ A for remote payments.

What happens to our call recordings?+

Card data never enters the recording. The tones are masked at source, so you can keep recording calls without pause-and-resume or redaction.
