Setting Up PayPal for Paytia Agent Capture Assist

To use Paytia Agent Capture Assist with PayPal, you'll need to configure your PayPal account by generating API credentials. Follow these instructions to set up your PayPal Business account for integration with Paytia Agent Capture Assist.


Step 1: Ensure Your Account is Eligible

To access PayPal via API, you must have a PayPal Premier, Business, or Website Payments Pro account. If you do not have one, upgrade your PayPal account.


Step 2: Access API Credential Settings

  • Option A: Use this direct link to navigate to the API credential setup page:

  • Option B: Follow these manual steps:

    1. Log in to your PayPal Business Account.
    2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page where your username is displayed.
    3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
