How do I cancel my Payment links account?

If you need to cancel or delete your Paytia account, follow the steps below. Be aware that this action is permanent and involves the following:

Personal Data Removal: All personal identification data will be deleted.
Transaction Records Deletion: All transaction records stored in Paytia will be permanently removed.
Telephony Records Deletion: All telephony records will be erased.
Release of Secure Payment Number: Your Paytia secure payment number will be released and cannot be reassigned to you.

Important: Before proceeding, ensure you download any essential data using the "Export to Excel" feature.

Log into Your Paytia Account
- Visit Paytia Login Portal.
- Enter your credentials to access your account.
Navigate to Subscription and Billing
- On the menu, select Subscription and Billing.
- Choose the Delete Account option.
Review Deletion Terms
- Carefully read the warnings and confirm your understanding.
- Ensure you are ready to proceed, as this action cannot be reversed.
Confirm Deletion
- Click on the Yes, Proceed With Account Deletion! button to confirm your decision.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Verify Deletion Request
- Check your email inbox for the verification email from Paytia.
- Click on the verification link to validate your deletion request.
Approval by Paytia Administration
- Once verified, your account deletion request will be reviewed by the Paytia system administration team.
- Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation message.

Deleting your account means you will lose access to your Paytia account permanently. You will not be able to use the same secure payment number or retrieve any previous data.
