Retrieving Worldpay API Keys for Use with Agent Capture Assist

To set up Agent Capture Assist with your Worldpay account, you will need your Worldpay API Service Keys. Follow the steps below to retrieve these details:

Step 1: Log In to Your Worldpay Account

1. Visit https://online.worldpay.com/login.
2. Enter your credentials to log in to your Worldpay account.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

1. Once logged in, look for the Settings option in the top-right menu.
2. Click on Settings to proceed.
   
   

Step 3: Access API Keys

1. In the settings menu, locate and select the API Keys section.
2. This will display all the API keys associated with your account.
   
   

Step 4: Retrieve the Live Service Key

1. Under the Live Keys section, find the Service Key.
2. Copy the Live Service Key to your clipboard.
   
   

Step 5: Enter the Service Key in Agent Capture Assist

1. During the Agent Capture Assist sign-up process, you will be prompted to enter your Payment Gateway credentials.
2. Paste the Live Service Key into the required field when asked.

Notes:

• Ensure you are copying the Live Service Key and not the Test or Sandbox keys to enable live transactions.
• If you encounter any issues during this process, contact your Worldpay account administrator or Worldpay support for assistance.
