Troubleshooting (a document we will keep updating as we go)

1. Find a call that has been made.
- If no call is seen ask the customer to confirm they are making calls to the correct IP address for Paytia and presenting a telephone number that calls out which is setup on their account.
- Check if we have added the firewall rule for trusting calls from their telephone system to Paytia.
- Check the SIP trunk profile is setup on paytia and assigned to their PABX to Paytia and Paytia to PABX profile routes.
- Ensure that we uploaded the S3 Buckets /paytialive-archives /command-file-templates/synctrunkslive.cmd file to the S3 paytialive-archives/control/commands/cnc/ folder. This refreshes and saves all new SIP routes to Telephony. 
Note: Look out for notriage messages in the CDR log to indicate telephony could not match a route.
