    The customer enters their card on their own phone keypad. DTMF masking flattens the tones in real time — the agent hears nothing identifiable.

    Global Payments settles

    The tokenised payment routes through your Global Payments account in the relevant currency, and the outcome lands on the agent's screen the moment it completes.

You connect your existing Global Payments account to Paytia, and we route secure captures through it. Paytia handles the card data capture — phone, payment link, stored card or web checkout — and Global Payments processes and settles as normal.

Do I need to change my Global Payments setup?+

No. Your processing arrangement, currencies, rates and settlement stay exactly as they are. Paytia sits alongside your account and only handles the capture layer.

How does this help with PCI compliance?+

Paytia is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card data is captured on our infrastructure — your agents never hear or see it, and your recordings never contain it. Your phone channel qualifies for SAQ A scope.

Can we take phone payments in different currencies?+

Payments route through your Global Payments account, so the currencies your account is configured for are available on the phone channel too.
