How to Install the Paytia App on Zoom

Follow the steps below to successfully install the Paytia app from the Zoom Marketplace and enable secure payment capabilities during your Zoom meetings.


Step 1: Access the Zoom App Marketplace

  1. Sign in to your Zoom App Marketplace using your Zoom account credentials.

Step 2: Search for the Paytia App

  1. In the search bar, type Paytia or browse through the available categories.
  2. If filtering by categories, select Meetings to narrow your results.
  3. Click the Paytia app icon once it appears in the results.

Step 3: Install the Paytia App

  1. On the Paytia app page, click the Install button.
    • If you see a Request pre-approve button instead, your Zoom account owner or administrator needs to approve the app.
    • Click Request pre-approve to notify your account owner/admin.

Step 4: Use the Paytia App in Zoom

  1. Once installed, the Paytia app will be accessible through the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Open a Zoom meeting to start using the Paytia app for secure payment processing.

Important Notes:
