How to Locate and Download a Copy Invoice

Follow these steps to access and download a copy of your invoice from the Agent Capture Assist management portal:

1. Access the Management Portal

   • Open your browser and navigate to https://accounts.paytia.com.
   • Log in to your Agent Capture Assist account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Billing Section

   • Once logged in, locate the Subscription and Billing menu option in the sidebar.

3. View Transaction History

   • Click on the Manage Subscription sub-menu item.
   • This will display all the transactions associated with your account, including payment history.
     
     

4. Download a Copy Invoice

   • Look for the Invoice column in the transaction table.
   • Click the Download icon (represented by a blue icon) corresponding to the transaction for which you need an invoice.
   • The invoice will automatically download to your device.
     
     

5. Access Your Invoice

   • Open the downloaded file to view or print the invoice.
