How to Locate and Download a Copy Invoice
Follow these steps to access and download a copy of your invoice from the Agent Capture Assist management portal:

Access the Management Portal
- Open your browser and navigate to Paytia portal.
- Log in to your Agent Capture Assist account using your credentials.

Navigate to the Billing Section
- Once logged in, locate the Subscription and Billing menu option in the sidebar.

View Transaction History
- Click on the Manage Subscription sub-menu item.
- This will display all the transactions associated with your account, including payment history.

Download a Copy Invoice
- Look for the Invoice column in the transaction table.
- Click the Download icon (represented by a blue icon) corresponding to the transaction for which you need an invoice.
- The invoice will automatically download to your device.

Access Your Invoice
- Open the downloaded file to view or print the invoice.
