Top-up bundles live under Subscription and billing in the admin account. The same page shows what you've bought before, with the invoices.
How do I add an additional user license?
Two routes to the same place: Administer users then Users, or Subscription and billing then Add extra features. Both open the same purchase screen.
How do I cancel my Keyphone account?
Deleting a Keyphone account can't be undone. Identity data, transaction records and telephony records all go, and your secure payment number is released — export anything you need first.
How do I cancel my Paytia account?
What actually happens when you delete an account: identity data, transaction history and telephony records are removed, and your secure payment number goes back into the pool.
