There are two places you can purchase additional user licences.

If you are logged onto Paytia's platform you can use this link to automatically take you there -

From the User page, you will see a Buy additional licences button How do I add an additional user license? - step 3

Clicking the Buy additional licences button will open a pop-up screen allowing you to select from any user types associated to your account. In this example we have only one choice.  1 live agent licence (Combo)

Ticking the box next to the licence name will activate the purchase settings

Enter the number of user licences you require and the price will automatically calculate.
All licences are charged on a pro-rata user basis calculated against the account subscription renewal date. This means you pay a part-month charge until your next billing invoice date and a full-month rental charge the following month.

When you are ready to purchase you will click the uy licence button to proceed.

You will now see the final purchase summary

Note: you can enter a discount code on this screen to apply a discount.

Now you are ready to make your purchase, click the Buy Now button to proceed

You will see a final confirmation

Click the Confirm button. Your purchase is now completed.

2. The Subscription and billing > Add extra features menus

Whilst logged into your merchant account click on Subscription and billing the left-hand menu, there you will see Add extra features

Proceed with clicking on Add extra features and you will be able to see all the available licenses your account can purchase (Licenses available vary on the package you are assigned to)


Find the license that will be titled similar as below -

From here you will be given the option to choose how many additional users you wish to purchase, once you have chosen your select number of agents, click Pay Now.

Checking your licences have been applied.
You can check the licence count in the Users sub-menu
From here you can see how many licences have been used and how many are left to be assigned.
