Deleting your Paytia account is a permanent action that involves removing all data and associated services from the platform. Follow the steps below carefully.
Key Points to Note Before Deleting
Data Removal:
- All personal identity data will be permanently deleted.
- All existing transaction records and telephony records will be erased.
Phone Number Release:
- Your Paytia secure payment telephone number will be released and cannot be reassigned.
Backup Your Data:
- Ensure you download any required details by using the "Export to Excel" feature before proceeding with deletion.
Steps to Delete Your Paytia Account
Log In to Your Account:
- Visit Paytia Login and log in using your credentials.
Access Account Deletion:
- Navigate to the menu on the left-hand side.
- Select Subscription and Billing, then choose Delete Account.

Confirm Deletion:
- Review the warnings on the account deletion page.
- Click Yes, Proceed With Account Deletion to confirm your decision.

Email Verification:
- Check your registered email for a verification link.
- Click the link to verify your request.
Final Approval:
- The Paytia system administration team will review and approve your account deletion request.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Final Confirmation
After the account deletion is approved, your Paytia account will be permanently deleted, along with all associated data and records. Ensure you have backed up all necessary information before initiating the deletion process.
