How to Change the Voice Between Male and Female on the Payment System Voice Assistant

  1. Access the Admin Portal
    Log into your Agent Capture Assist Admin Account.

  2. Navigate to Default Call Presentation

    • Go to the Configure Telephony menu.
    • Click on Default Call Presentation from the submenu.

  3. Locate the Payment System Voice Assistance Setting

    • Scroll down to the Payment System Voice Assistance section.
    • Select your preferred Language from the dropdown menu.
    • Use the dropdown to choose between Male or Female voice options.
      Note: The availability of Male or Female voices depends on the selected language.

  4. Save Your Settings

    • Once you have made your selection, click the Save Settings button located at the bottom-right of the page.

Your chosen voice preference will now be applied to all transactions processed using the Payment System Voice Assistant.
