The Transaction Logs feature in the Paytia portal provides detailed insights into payment transactions processed via the platform. These logs are essential for monitoring, troubleshooting, and auditing payment-related activities.

- Date Range Filter:
Select transactions for specific days or ranges using the date selector.- To view transactions for one day, select the same date for the start and end.

| Paytia Number | Paytia-assigned phone number used in the transaction. |
| Unique ID | Unique identifier for tracking the transaction. |
| Txn ID | Transaction reference number. |
| Txn Type | Type of request made (e.g., charge, reserve). |
| First Name | Cardholder’s first name. |
| Last Name | Cardholder’s last name. |
| Company Name | Cardholder’s associated company, if any. |
| Card Last Four Digits | Last four digits of the payment card. |
| Status | Current status of the transaction (e.g., success, failure). |
| Amount | Total transaction amount as captured from the interface or API. |
| Reserve/Validate Amount | Amount for pre-authorizations or recurring charges. |

How to Use Transaction Logs

- Click the date range field and select the start and end dates.
- For single-day filtering, click the same date twice.
