How the Integration Works

When an agent needs to take a payment during an Aircall call, they initiate a secure session from the Paytia dashboard. The customer then enters their card details using their phone keypad while remaining on the line with the agent. Paytia's technology intercepts and masks the DTMF tones in real time, so the agent hears only flat, uniform beeps. The card data never enters Aircall's systems, the agent's headset, or any call recording.

The integration works with Aircall's existing call flow and requires no changes to the business's Aircall account structure. Agents continue using Aircall as normal, with Paytia handling the payment capture layer transparently.

Eliminating PCI Scope from the Contact Centre
