What the Integration Does

Our DTMF masking technology captures card details from the customer's phone keypad during the call. The tones get intercepted before they reach the agent's headset, so no card data lands in the agent environment or the call recording. The tokenised payment runs through Paytia to your gateway, then posts back against the Adobe Commerce order as paid.

Agents handling phone orders search customer accounts, confirm order details and take payment — all inside the same Adobe Commerce workflow. Card details never touch their screen or your database.

Why It Matters for PCI Compliance

Card data never enters your Adobe Commerce environment, so merchants typically drop from SAQ D (329 PCI DSS controls) to SAQ A (22).
