Presenting Calls from a Custom Telephone Number Through Paytia
Overview
If your business needs to display a custom telephone number on outbound calls, Paytia offers a solution through the Bespoke CLI (Custom Line Identification) license. This license enables you to present a number that differs from the actual line being used for outbound calls.
Steps to Enable and Use a Custom Telephone Number
Contact Paytia Support or Sales
- Reach out to sales@paytia.com to request the Bespoke CLI license.
- Provide necessary authorization and evidence that your business has permission to use the custom number.
Verification and Setup
- Once authorized, Paytia will assign the custom telephone number to your account.
- This number will then be available for selection in the Paytia administration portal.
Log in to the Paytia Portal
- Navigate to the Paytia merchant administration portal by logging in at https://accounts.pay729.net/merchant/advancesetting.
Access the Call Presentation Settings
- From the left-hand menu, select Configure Telephony > Call Presentation.

- From the left-hand menu, select Configure Telephony > Call Presentation.
Choose the Custom Number
- Use the dropdown menu to select the custom telephone number assigned to your account.
Example dropdown options:
- My Paytia Number
- Caller's Telephone Number
- Custom Number (+44-2030XXXXXX)

Save Your Settings
- After selecting the desired number, click Save Settings to apply the change.
