Follow these steps to set up your call forwarding number in Agent Capture Assist:
Step 1: Enter Your Inbound Call Number
- Log in to your Agent Capture Assist portal using your administrator account.
- On the left-hand menu, navigate to Configure Telephony.
- Under the section Where We Send Customer Incoming Calls, enter the phone number where you want to receive incoming calls.
- Select your country code from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your full phone number in the provided field.
Step 2: Enter Your Outbound Call Number
- Scroll to the section The Number From Which You Call Customers.
- Enter the phone number you will use to place outbound calls to your customers.
- This number will be used to make secure payments when calling customers directly.
- Ensure it matches the format required for your country.
Step 3: Save Your Settings
- Double-check the entered numbers for accuracy.
- Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to apply changes.
Important Notes:

- The outbound number ensures your calls to customers are routed securely and display your business number appropriately.
By configuring these settings, you ensure smooth call routing for both incoming and outgoing customer interactions.
