We're now on AWS Marketplace — so if you run your contact centre on AWS, you can add PCI DSS Level 1 certified secure phone payment capture and buy it through the AWS account you already have. No new vendor to onboard, no separate procurement cycle.
Plenty of contact centres run on Amazon Connect and the wider AWS stack. If your agents take card payments on those calls, the card data usually ends up somewhere it shouldn't — the agent's headset, the call recording, the CRM. Our listing lets AWS customers close that gap off the shelf, billed through the agreement they already have with Amazon.
Our DTMF masking technology captures the customer's card details from their phone keypad mid-call. The tones are intercepted before they reach the agent, so nothing sensitive lands in the agent environment or the recording. Paytia tokenises the card, runs it through your existing gateway, and hands your systems a token instead of a card number.
It works with the major contact-centre platforms and with every major payment gateway, so there's no rip-and-replace. Most customers are live in 24 to 48 hours.
Because card data never reaches your environment, merchants typically drop from SAQ D (329 controls) to SAQ A (22 controls). You're no longer securing call recordings, agent workstations, and databases against cardholder data — which is where most of the audit cost and effort lives.
