Yes, agents can be assigned payment types they are authorised to use. A simple dropdown menu choice dynamically swaps between payment types including immediate capture, card capture to file, Stripe subscription plans, or reserving money on customer cards.

Can we block certain card types?

Yes, Paytia allows you to block card brands like AMEX or VISA, and also add rules to block when a Credit vs Debit card can be used. Unlike other providers, card blocking happens while you still have customers on the call, not after the transaction has finished.

Will 3CX call recording still work without breaking PCI rules?

Yes. The keypad tones the customer enters are masked before they reach 3CX, so your call recording captures the conversation but never the card number.
